Job Description:
We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team based near Haywards Heath. We seek an individual with previous experience in wealth management or mortgages. Main duties include supporting financial and mortgage advisers and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Produce client portfolio valuations from various investment providers
- Prepare quotations, application forms, and fund fact sheets for client meetings
- Process new business applications, update databases, and maintain records
- Generate Letters of Authority for new clients
- Handle switches, encashments, and related forms
- Ensure compliance on all new cases
- Follow up weekly on new and existing business inquiries
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, preferably investments or related areas
- IT literate and numerate
- Attention to detail and ability to manage workload
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
This is a part-time role, ideally 3 days per week, based in their office.
