Grove Talent Solutions in Belfast is seeking a meticulous Financial Planning Administrator to act as the central contact for clients, handling enquiries about pensions, investments, and protection products while maintaining strong relationships with product providers.

The role contributes to an exceptional client experience and ensures high service levels for clients and internal stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning new business processing, supporting paraplanners and advisers,

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment is essential.
• CII Level 3 Certificate in Financial Administration is desirable, and support towards qualifications will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
• Support Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in preparing annual and triennial client review packs.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage Adviser diaries to ensure schedules run smoothly.
• Produce portfolio illustrations and assist with servicing client requirements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the financial planning function.
• Ensure all administration is completed in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Communicate with clients professionally via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records across internal systems and databases.
