Financial Planning Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner: Sheffield: To £30,000 + benefits

Your new role

Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and their clients, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a wide range of responsibilities. Your role will involve all aspects of client administration, assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, liaising with clients and product providers, processing new business including obtaining fund information regarding client investments, producing client presentation documents, monitoring the process through to completion, liaising with third parties such as underwriters and chasing up any outstanding information. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with group scheme work such as group pensions and group life. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills and experience and get involved with paraplanning work if desired.


What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience of working in financial services/financial planning administration, a good understanding of the administration processes involved in financial planning, the desire and willingness to get involved with a broad range of responsibilities and take on new challenges, a 'can do' attitude.
