Agility Resourcing are searching for an enthusiastic Administrator to work in a financial services environment. You will be able to work within a team and have previous experience working in a financial setting. The company itself is based in Preston and has a reputable name within their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into Financial Planning but not sure where to start or has no experience.

Your responsibilities:

1. Assisting administrators/paraplanners during busy periods and working in a team environment
2. Dealing with providers and clients
3. File preparation and existing business administration
4. Produce quotations and submit new business applications
5. Scanning, filing, opening, and franking post
6. Chase outstanding pipeline cases

Person specification:

1. Previous experience within financial services
2. Team player
3. Able to work to deadlines
4. Able to take ownership for own work
