Job description

Aim & Purpose of the role: To promote and provide a high-quality service to new, existing individuals, and group corporate clients. The role requires close collaboration with managers, fellow administrators, paraplanners, and financial planners. A key aspect involves liaising with colleagues, clients, and professional contacts such as pension and insurance providers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records using Plannr software and other databases.
  2. Ensure anti-money laundering checks are conducted using Smart Search.
  3. Produce client valuations and assist with annual review documentation.
  4. Process new business applications, top-ups, switches, pension transfers, B&Is, and maturities, covering products like pensions, ISAs, GIAs, bonds, trusts, protection products, VCTs, structured products, EIS, and business relief products.
  5. Pre-populate paperwork and application forms to accompany recommendation reports.
  6. Process benefit crystallisation events from pensions/SIPPs.
  7. Provide dedicated support to one or more financial planners.
  8. Liaise with clients, professional advisers, and providers.
  9. Assist in obtaining existing policy information for review or transfer.
  10. Ensure compliance standards are maintained and client records are properly documented.
  11. Perform other duties as reasonably required by line management.
