Job description

We aren't sure if you are supposed to have favourite clients. But this financial advice business in Warrington is just that.

And that's because the things that people don't always get at work - the chance to develop, flexible working, have fun - are par for the course. And they're par for the course because of the people you'll work with.

You will report to the office manager, who is a great boss. Approachable, generous with his time, supportive. And we know that because we placed him. You will work alongside three talented administrators who will give you a warm welcome. They have lots of experience and will want to help you as you settle in. And we know that because we placed them.

They pay a healthy starting salary (we will tell you what that is before sharing your details), but it doesn't end there. There's:

  • A discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
  • 4 x DIS
  • 10% employer pension contribution
  • BUPA health insurance
  • Share save scheme
  • PHI (Private Health Insurance)
  • 28 days holidays plus bank holidays
  • Free parking

There's also funding for exams and a financial reward for each exam you pass.

As for the role, you'll support two advisers, with potential for growth as the business expands. They provide independent advice to clients, and you'll assist with preparing for meetings, processing business, liaising with providers and clients, etc. This isn't a business where planners are on a pedestal; a first-class service depends on all parts of the team, and that's the ethos here.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You should have administration experience within a financial planning business. Ideally, you'll be familiar with Intelligent Office, but if you're good with technology, you'll pick it up quickly. The team is always available to help.

Considering a job move now may seem uncertain, but with our knowledge of this business and its people, we assure you it has a bright future.
