Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Surrey is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a Chartered Financial Planning practice during a growth phase. You'll work closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the administration team to deliver high-quality support and develop your knowledge in financial planning.

This role offers a long-term career with progression into Senior Administration, Paraplanning or Leadership as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience within IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration.
• Good knowledge of financial planning administration and client servicing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers.
• Prepare client meeting packs, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Process new business across investments, pensions and protection.
• Handle client servicing requests and liaise with product providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems.
• Support clients with applications and documentation.
• Manage adviser diaries and meeting arrangements where required.
• Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confidence dealing with clients, Advisers and providers
