About Our Client

The role will be supporting the front office, Investment Managers, and Financial Planners in an administrative function.

Job Description

On a day-to-day basis, you will play a key role in a team providing support for senior colleagues, handling various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. Responsibilities include:

• Processing all new client documentation and amendments
• Monitoring transfers of assets and cash
• Managing ISA subscriptions and transfers
• Processing client payments
• Administering client accounts
• Ensuring client details and reviews are accurately recorded
• General record keeping and filing
• New business and account administration
• Managing corporate actions
• Preparing for client meetings and producing review documents
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party providers

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an IFA or financial planning firm
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in a financial services environment (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and team supportiveness
• A strong desire to learn and progress
