Wealth Management Administrator

Meriden (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 from home)

We’re working with a successful and growing IFA practice based near Meriden that’s looking to expand its client support team with a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IFA Administration to join a close-knit team that values collaboration, learning, and progression.

The Role

You’ll work closely with advisers and paraplanners to support client relationships and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Tasks will include:

  • Preparing client meeting packs and documentation
  • Handling inbound client queries and providing updates
  • Keeping client records accurate and up to date
  • Supporting compliance and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Collaborating across the business to deliver a first-class client experience

What They're Looking For

Previous experience in a financial services admin role is essential

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
  • Eager to learn and grow within the wealth management sector
  • Due to the rural office location, access to a car may be required
