This is a client and growth focused high-impact role for a Financial Planner who enjoys winning new business, building long‑term relationships and being rewarded for overall performance.
You will grow the lower and high net worth aligned existing client base alongside utilising your own business development skills to grow the client base. You'll have the backing of a strong brand, marketing support and specialist investment teams‑so you can focus on doing great work for clients and winning new ones.
You'll drive deeper client engagement providing holistic advice to the existing clients' and also new client growth increasing assets under advice and overall profitability. Using your own network (and warm leads from Quilter), you'll build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into loyal, long‑term client relationships‑supported by marketing, colleagues and discretionary investment specialists.
The role is based in the South West so you will ideally be able to commute to our Bristol and Exeter offices, and also meet with clients across both Devon and Cornwall.
This role is within scope of the Consumer Duty and is expected to comply with Quilter Cheviot Consumer Duty policies and requirements.
