We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning firm near Milton Keynes that is looking to recruit a Financial Planner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Planner seeking more than just a role. You will be involved in the business growth and direction of an expanding company, providing a clear route into the senior management team.

The company understands the importance of work-life balance, currently offering a 60/40% split of office and home working, with potential for early Friday finishes. They offer a competitive salary and benefits, supporting flexibility and work satisfaction.

As a successful and award-winning Chartered Financial Planning Firm and Accredited Financial Planning Firm, their ethos is to provide independent financial planning services. They aim to build lasting relationships with clients and staff.

The firm has a small but highly trained and qualified administration and paraplanning team. They are now looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Financial Planner to support the business owner.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and experience in managing clients and bringing on new clients.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Financial Planner is essential. You should be at least Diploma level qualified and willing to work towards Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner status. The company offers training and development to support your growth.

Purpose of Job:

To provide holistic financial planning advice to private clients, ensuring excellent client service, generating profitable new business, and maintaining strong relationships.
