Our client, an established Mortgage Advice business based in Cambridgeshire with 14 Mortgage Advisers, is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to expand the Financial Planning side of the business.

The company currently manages approximately 140 clients with £35m - £40m FUM, and has around 4,000 existing Mortgage clients who could benefit from Financial Planning advice, along with ongoing new leads.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage and grow the Financial Planning division and potentially acquire an equity stake in the future.

Support such as paraplanning and administration is available, and the firm is part of a Financial Planning network, providing additional support.

The role offers flexible working arrangements. To build rapport with Mortgage Advisers and maximize lead conversion, working from the Cambridgeshire office at least 3 days a week is recommended.

The compensation package is flexible, depending on experience, qualifications, and track record. The minimum basic salary is expected to be £50K, complemented by a generous bonus scheme, with overall earnings potentially unlimited.

Candidates should currently be working in an IFA role, hold a minimum of Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma, and possess a strong commercial awareness, high energy levels, and a drive to grow the business.
