Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
• Working towards Chartered status or committed to achieving it.
• Minimum three years' experience as a Financial Planner within a financial advice practice.
• Experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
• Comfortable conducting client meetings both remotely and face-to-face.
• Proven ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
• Solid understanding of investment planning, pension and retirement planning, protection, and estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to clients.
• Conduct detailed fact-finds and financial reviews.
• Produce tailored recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
• Present financial plans and suitability recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage and develop your own client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for business development, referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the practice.
• Continue professional development towards Chartered status.
