Who We Are
We believe that our industry has been letting planners like you down by burdening you with legacy systems, bureaucracy, dead-mans shoes, and a misaligned revenue structure. Clients are also let down with high fees, outdated technology, and clunky, digestible information.
We started Blincoe with the explicit aim to be better for clients and for us as planners.
We are a small, highly tech-focused team, already at the forefront of innovative tools in our industry. Rapid development of new tools means large legacy firms struggle to keep up with trialing and adopting new technology.
We want planners like you to have access to the best tech and automation. As we grow (just passed £70M), we are looking to expand our team.
Fully remote work, unlimited holiday, generous maternity and paternity leave, and a collaborative, exciting culture. If you prefer the structure of a large organization with teams and departments, this may not be for you.
If you're eager to be part of a fast-growing company with big goals and a desire to revolutionize financial services, we want to hear from you.
