IDEX Consulting is working with a Financial Advisory firm seeking an Independent Financial Advisor to join their growing team. Due to ongoing acquisitions in 2024 and 2025, the firm needs an IFA to inherit a client book in the Berkshire area.

Duties include:

• Reviewing and responding to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping introducers and clients informed about new financial products and legislative changes affecting pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
• Acquiring and developing new business from both new and existing clients and professional introducers.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers through meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback.
• Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial situations, analyzing information, conducting research, and preparing financial planning reports tailored to individual client needs across all advice areas.

The Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential for the successful candidate. The ideal applicant will be empathetic and capable of building long-term client relationships.
