Job Opportunity: Independent Financial Advisor

IDEX Consulting is partnering with a national Financial Advisory firm seeking an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their expanding team.

Due to ongoing acquisitions across 2024 and 2025, the business is looking for an IFA to inherit a client book in the Berkshire area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and responding to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping introducers and clients informed about new financial products or legislative changes affecting pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
2. Acquiring and developing new business from both new and existing clients, as well as professional introducers.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers through meetings, seminars, and ongoing feedback to the team.
4. Conducting comprehensive reviews of clients' financial situations, analyzing information, conducting research, and preparing tailored financial planning reports covering all advice areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential for the successful candidate. The ideal applicant will be empathetic, capable of building long-term client relationships, and proactive in their approach.
