£70,000 – £80,000 basic salary depending on experience

Contribute to ongoing growth, client retention, and service excellence
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
A track record as a Financial Adviser/IFA/Wealth Manager, ideally with experience serving HNW clients
Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
A commitment to high ethical standards and delivering exceptional outcomes
Advisers currently limited by a lack of leads or support
