Requirements

In order to be considered for this proposition, you will need to have a book of clients you are able to bring across with you (£25m plus). You must have the drive to want to build your book further. This opportunity would suit either a self-employed Financial Planner looking for a company that would provide them with all-around better support including admin/paraplanning, compliance, branding, and culture. Or it would suit a Financial Planner that is disenfranchised with their current employer (potentially through a company takeover) that is keen to work for a financial planning company that truly values them and delivers great advice.

Our client has the onboarding process of new Advisers joining them down to an art. They have a wonderful team dedicated specifically to help you transition across and settle in. They have an excellent head office where the central support team works in along with various offices where you are able to work from should you choose. They are able to offer a guaranteed salary whilst you onboard your clients, which is very generous and bespoke to each person.
