Financial Planner £50 - £70,000 (Expected £80k in year 1), plus benefits and bonus
We are currently working with a fantastic new age, ultra-modern Financial Planning firm with a heavy focus on using technology to improve the quality of service that they provide to their clients, coupling that with a fantastic business culture that allows people to use their entrepreneurial side to constantly improve the business, and once again, the service that they are providing for clients. It really is a unique proposition and gives you the chance to be part of something different!
They have a highly attractive and rare opportunity to bring in a Financial Planner for someone more established within the industry to join as a Partner of the business with roughly 2-3 years client facing experience and CAS. Taking full advantage of this firm's high lead conversion rate coupled with a unique offering towards client service, you will be expected to grow a client book (not expected to bring any) and in turn reap the benefits from a financial and cultural standpoint.
Our client has removed lengthy, paper based suitability reports and use technology to deliver full holistic advice in an entirely digital way, so if you are frustrated with the status quo and want better outcomes for your clients this approach allows for you to spend time with their clients and not with admin or writing reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with the ambition to move away from traditional wealth management firms and cultivate their own client base. You will play a critical role in our future growth, empowering individuals to make the most of their money and revolutionising what it feels like to receive financial advice.
