Are you a driven Financial Adviser seeking the perfect blend of autonomy and backing from a nationally recognised IFA firm? This is your opportunity to take over an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients, benefit from a regular flow of quality leads, and receive the support and infrastructure needed to scale your business – all while enjoying the security of an employed salary of up to £80,000.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This isn't a cold-start role or commission-only proposition. It's a chance to plug into a proven, professional advice framework with existing client relationships, full admin and compliance support, and high-value new enquiries delivered to you consistently. Whether you're stagnating in your current role, tired of limited leads, or looking for long-term career support with a respected name in the market – this opportunity is designed for you.

What You’ll Get

  • £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary depending on experience

  • Realistic OTE of £100k+ through a transparent and rewarding bonus structure

  • Immediate HNW client bank from retiring advisers (average portfolio size £500k+)

  • Ongoing, high-quality leads from established introducer relationships and digital channels

  • Hybrid working model – blend of remote and regional office work

  • Paraplanning, admin & compliance support – so you can focus on advising

  • Full tech stack and CRM to streamline your client work

  • Pension, DIS, private medical, and other flexible benefits

  • Chartered support – Full backing for further qualifications and CPD

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of a loyal HNW client bank and nurture long-term relationships

  • Provide fully independent, holistic advice across pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and retirement planning

  • Convert warm, qualified leads into valuable client relationships

  • Collaborate with in-house paraplanners and admin support to ensure smooth and compliant advice delivery

  • Contribute to ongoing growth, client retention, and service excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)

  • A track record as a Financial Adviser/IFA/Wealth Manager, ideally with experience serving HNW clients

  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness

  • A commitment to high ethical standards and delivering exceptional outcomes

Ideal for...
