Nigel James Associates are proud to be partnered with a highly established and well-regarded privately-owned IFA company with an established presence in the Exeter area. Due to their continued demand in business, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join them to take over an existing portfolio of HNW clients, as well as take on new clients that are referred through to the company. This particular IFA business has some fantastic relationships in place with a number of professional introducers who readily provide them with referrals throughout the year. They provide advice to HNW clients with their average client investment typically ranging between £250-750k. Our client has a robust back-office support function to free up your time to just focus on advising.

Requirements

To be considered for the role you must be an experienced Financial Planner used to working with HNW clients and providing strong ongoing relationship management services. You will be credible in front of new clients and be able to secure new business. You must also be able to communicate effectively with other professional practices to enhance the B2B relationships our client has in place to refer clients. This company has a strong team ethos and the person joining would need to embrace this. This particular role would be more focused on providing quality service to clients of the business rather than a hunter-focused role, with new clients naturally being referred through to you with organic growth.

Our clients will provide an attractive basic salary to the person joining as well as bonuses based on a validation model.
