Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Financial Planner for a growing independent firm in Leicester. You will build your own client base with support from paraplanning and compliance teams, delivering holistic planning across pensions, investments and retirement planning.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and have experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner, with strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach to development

An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Planner to join its growing team in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser who enjoys developing new client relationships and wants to be part of a business with a strong reputation, excellent market presence and a collaborative culture. You'll have the freedom to build your own client base while being supported by an experienced paraplanning, administration and compliance team.

The Role

As a Financial Planner, you will:

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
• Build and develop your own portfolio of clients through networking, professional connections and business development

• Work closely with an experienced paraplanning and client support team, allowing you to focus on advising clients
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
• A minimum of level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning
• A proactive approach to business development and relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
