BWD Search & Selection is recruiting an experienced Financial Planner to cover the Midlands, with existing client bank and full paraplanning support. You’ll build relationships, win new business and work across the regional market with strong internal backing.

The role offers a base of £50,000–£90,000 plus a 10–25% bonus, 8% pension, and an electric car salary sacrifice. One fixed Coventry office day with field-based client meetings.

A fiercely independent wealth management firm is looking to hire an experienced Financial Planner across the Midlands.

The role suits a Financial Planner who wants to grow and develop an existing client bank, with full paraplanning and admin support around them.

You’ll have the tools, brand and internal support to build new relationships, without being dropped into a sink or swim environment.

• Provide full financial planning advice to a mix of existing and new clients
