As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join our Financial Planning team.

What will your role look like?

  2. Securing client referrals and building professional networks.
  3. Onboarding and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Conducting financial assessments and risk analyses.
  5. Developing tailored financial plans using cashflow tools.
  6. Providing clients with product and service information backed by research.
  7. Contributing to business growth through knowledge sharing.
  8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and staying updated on legislation.
Ideal candidate qualities:
  • Qualified to RQF level 4, ideally progressing towards level 6, with regulated financial planning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative, flexible, and collaborative approach.
  • Strong networking abilities and drive for business growth.
  • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Organized with good project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Intelligent Office/Intelliflo is a plus.
  • Aligned with our core values: friendly, partnering, straightforward, confident.
Benefits and working environment

We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, flexible benefits, and a supportive, collaborative workplace. We focus on personal and professional development through mentoring and our Aspire learning portal. Enjoy social activities, volunteering leave, birthday leave, and on-site mental health support.
