Job Overview

Join a growing Private Credit fund as a key member of the investment operations team, working at the intersection of fund performance, treasury, and transaction support. This role requires an Excel-native thinker with strong financial modelling skills and a solid grasp of private markets.

You will build and maintain models that integrate core operational functions—ranging from loan settlements and treasury flows to performance forecasting and portfolio monitoring—enabling senior stakeholders to make more informed decisions and scale the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain models to track fund liquidity, leverage, and performance.
  • Support deal execution with capital flow forecasting and operational due diligence.
  • Partner with treasury, finance, and operations to create analytical tools.
  • Provide insights to the investment team through structured data and scenario modelling.
  • Help enhance existing infrastructure as the fund scales.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years’ experience in private credit or private market funds.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills (VBA or Power Query a plus).
  • Understanding of fund structures, NAVs, and capital flows.
  • Exposure to treasury, middle office, or fund finance environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
