Job summary

Investigo are partnering with a globally recognised real estate business seeking a Financial Modeller to support strategic decision-making through robust financial models. This London hybrid role is four days in the office and one day from home, working with Finance, Commercial and Executive stakeholders on performance, investment opportunities and long-term planning.

You will build and maintain complex models, develop three-statement forecasts and long-range plans, run scenario analyses,

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel modelling skills, built from first principles.
• Experience in financial modelling, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Ability to perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Develop integrated three-statement models, cash flow forecasts and long-range plans.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity and risk analyses.
• Produce investment appraisals and business cases for projects.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends for commercial insights.
• Ensure models are well-documented and follow best-practice standards.

This role will work closely with Finance, Commercial and Executive stakeholders to provide insight into business performance, investment opportunities and long-term planning.

About the Role

Location: London (Hybrid) x4 days in the office x1 working from home

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Develop integrated three-statement models, cash flow forecasts and long-range planning models.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity and risk analysis to evaluate financial and operational outcomes.
• Produce investment appraisals, business cases and financial evaluations for new projects and initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable commercial insights.
• Ensure models are accurate, documented and follow best-practice modelling standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel modelling skills, including building models from first principles.
• Experience within Financial Modelling, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transactions, Investment Analysis or Commercial Finance.
• Experience producing detailed scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Seeking candidates with a strong educational background
