Qualifications

• A qualifying law degree (LLB) or conversion course (GDL) with a 2:1 or higher.
• Internships or junior associate work on PPI, PCP finance, investment mis‑selling, or omnibus claims.
• Technical fluency with FCA regulations and case‑management platforms such as Proclaim.
• Commercial awareness to assess financial impact and advise on settlement vs litigation.
• Clear, concise drafting of pre‑action letters, statements of case and witness statements.
