We're partnering with a leading fresh produce company to find a talented Finance Manager to join their farming operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L Ownership: Manage the farm's financial performance, including budgeting and business planning, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with farm leadership and Head Office teams to align financial strategies.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial metrics to ensure control and informed decision-making.
• Internal Controls: Support internal control processes, including database and forecasting management.
• Capex Management: Oversee capital expenditure and evaluate ROI for projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Part or Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA
