Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Financial Management Support to provide high quality financial management support to clinical and non-clinical budget holders in the Kettering area. You will prepare monthly reports, assist with annual accounts, and produce robust forecasts while meeting with budget holders to explain financial information clearly.

The role requires an enthusiastic, confident and flexible individual with NHS finance experience and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience of working within finance, preferably in an NHS setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication to explain financial issues to non-finance managers and clinicians.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Management Support to provide high quality financial management support to both clinical and non clinical budget holders. The role includes preparation of monthly reports, assisting with the completion of the annual accounts, producing robust forecasts and the opportunity to meet with budget holders., We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, flexible, hard working individual who has experience of working within finance, preferably in an NHS setting. You will need to be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral formats, to explain financial issues to non finance managers and clinicians. The ability to work independently and know when to ask for further advice and support is also required.
