Financial Litigation Legal Director

Role

Highly ranked by the Legal 500, you will work as part of this renowned Banking and Finance team with colleagues from across the UK. Your main duties will include:

• Supporting clients in creating new products and services with comprehensive regulatory guidance.
• Supporting junior team members' professional development.
• Helping clients implement regulatory obligations related to BNPL, consumer credit, and payment reforms.
• Presenting at client events and conferences.
• Evaluating regulatory challenges and developing remediation strategies.
• Undertaking business development activities.
• Helping clients navigate regulatory compliance, including Consumer Duty laws.

The Ideal Candidate

• An ambitious solicitor with 6+ PQE in Banking and Finance.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and develop client relations.
• Experience in Financial Regulation matters.
• Commercial awareness of current banking law.
