Your role

As a Profin Underwriter, you will work with selected brokers to optimize profitable growth from these accounts.

You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management, and business development techniques. This applies to new or existing business within our agreed process and defined underwriting guidelines.

You will spend most of your time working with your broker panel, identifying, discussing, negotiating new or renewing existing business opportunities, and making effective underwriting decisions.

About You

To be successful in your role, you will ideally have experience within Professional Indemnity, D&O, or Crime Underwriting from either an insurance company or a broking background. However, we will consider applications from candidates who have insurance experience within another line of business or from a similar background such as claims.

This role provides an opportunity to start your career within Professional Lines underwriting and is suitable for someone with the passion and desire to progress.
