Financial Lines Manager

IDEX has partnered with a long-standing, independent UK wholesale Broker, who is looking to expand their London presence. They are keen to attract a Head of Financial Lines insurance.

The role focuses on developing, managing, and growing the Financial Lines portfolio, as well as placing business on behalf of the retail arm of the business. As the Financial Lines expert, the Manager will provide access to markets (both Lloyd's Syndicates and Insurers) for the Broker panel and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding a book of Financial Lines business, managing a panel of Broker partners, achieving personal new business development targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop local marketing and events strategies.

This position is ideally suited for a Senior Financial Lines Broker with UK wholesale experience and established Underwriter relationships, seeking a leadership role or an experienced Manager. Proven experience in Broker management and development is essential. This is a long-term development opportunity in a collaborative, service-driven environment, not a high-pressure sales culture.
