Job Description:

No broker wants to be handling unnecessary compliance and navigating through convoluted processes all day.

Isn't it a lot better when you have a smooth, sensible environment where you can crack on with placing and renewing client insurance work?

This large broking house is different from their peers because they actively empower their people.

And that's through a mix of initiatives such as allowing them to work remotely.

Having a framework to operate in freely rather than a forced placement strategy and reducing every bit of process and compliance to focus on insurance work.

Moving here from a national brokerage or insurer will really open your eyes to how brokerages should operate.

Your day-to-day will involve managing the placement and renewal of PI-based construction and miscellaneous risks for large corporate entities.

This includes work across FTSE and mid-market clients requiring a detailed and tailored approach.

You'll support one of the top executives in the UK market in this field, benefiting from coaching, mentoring, and training to rapidly improve your client and technical skills.

Ideally, you'll have a background or interest in professional indemnity insurance from a broker, underwriting, or claims background and be based somewhere in the Central Belt.

Don't worry if you don't have an up-to-date CV; I can assist you with that.
