Job Title: Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Associate

You will join Investment Banking Coverage as an Associate, demonstrating initiative and integrity, with strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your responsibilities
  • Assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM transactions with Financial Institutions clients
  • Support the FIG team in coverage of key accounts
  • Conduct sector and company research, valuation, credit analysis, and financial modeling
  • Communicate with team members and senior bankers during projects
  • Utilize sector knowledge to produce materials for FIG clients and support Country and Product bankers
Required skills and experience
  • Previous full-time experience in corporate finance and FIG, ideally in investment banking or advisory boutiques
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • High initiative, proactivity, and drive
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and work effectively across teams and regions
