Job summary

Gambit Search is assisting a leading global advisory firm to appoint a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its Scotland team with roles in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The position offers high-visibility client exposure, leadership responsibility and a clear path for progression, with a focus on financial due diligence across mid-market and larger transactions and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Financial Due Diligence engagements.
• Experience at Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director level.
• Proven track record with private equity, corporate or financial sponsor clients.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing teams.
• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements.
• Manage projects from scoping to final report.
• Act as senior client contact for investors and advisers.
• Lead and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with Partners on complex transactions.
• Support development of Transaction Services in Scotland.
