As the company continues to grow, it is seeking an experienced and aspirational Financial Controller who shares its youthful, entrepreneurial spirit. This individual will join a fast-paced, fun-loving team in Hemel Hempstead, adding to the company's vibrant culture. Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid, Full-Time)

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading the finance team and overseeing all finance functions, including payroll.
2. Designing and preparing monthly management accounts, MI, and KPIs.
3. Compiling annual budgeting and managing monthly variance reporting.
4. Maintaining and developing financial forecasting models.
5. Managing treasury and cash flow reporting.
6. Overseeing sales and stock flow forecasting models.
7. Coordinating the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors.
8. Controlling the annual stock take and ensuring accurate reporting.
9. Conducting weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting.
10. Handling statutory reporting and other ad-hoc financial projects.

Ideal Candidate:

1. An experienced Financial Controller aiming to develop into a Finance Director role.
2. Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
3. A strong communicator with the gravitas to work effectively with non-finance staff, senior management, and the Board.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Business Central and financial modelling software such as Power BI.
