Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Financial Data Application Specialist to bridge sales, customer success and technical implementation for our financial data products in the UK. This is a new team supporting strategic investment in our business, and you will engage with prospects and clients to demonstrate value and drive adoption.

You will work with sales, product, marketing and leadership to translate client discussions into actionable product input, craft bespoke templates, and support trials, demos

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and accounting concepts.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment management, private equity, accounting or consulting.
• Strong Excel abilities (including VBA knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with fund managers and junior analysts alike.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales in demos and strategic trials of AlphaSense’s financial data solutions.
• Provide advanced training, customizations, and product consultations to drive customer adoption.
• Act as a SME for financial data across industries and verticals, and package use-cases for sales and marketing.
• Contribute to product direction by relaying customer feedback to product and management teams.
• Support clients by resolving complex scenarios and ensuring smooth integration of modeling tools.
• Collaborate with regional teams in EMEA to adapt coverage and scale efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
