Job description

Legal and General Investment Management’s Anaplan team are hiring for a new Financial Data Modeller to support the Financial Systems Development Manager in designing, building, and testing current and new Anaplan Data Models.

Role Overview:

The role involves working within the Financial Planning and Analytics Function to support LGIM's annual budget, collaborating with financial experts and business leaders to update policies, provide forecasts, and analyze channel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contributing to all aspects of Anaplan development, including requirements gathering, design, build, UAT, governance, and documentation.
2. Maintaining and developing existing Anaplan infrastructure, configuring models, dashboards, and actions to meet business needs.
3. Building new Anaplan models from scratch and modifying existing models, translating spreadsheet models into multi-dimensional Anaplan models.
4. Liaising with Finance Managers and other users to understand requirements and develop suitable models.
5. Staying updated with the latest Anaplan platform releases and best practices.
6. Developing documentation and supporting ongoing maintenance and improvements.
7. Providing guidance on technical configuration and testing processes.
8. Training and supporting users to maximize system usage and understanding.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in building and maintaining financial models.
