Job summary

DRW is seeking a Data Analyst to support onboarding, maintenance, and analysis of datasets used by traders and researchers. You will collaborate with data strategists, data engineers, and teams across technology, operations, research, and risk management.

Responsibilities include profiling datasets, ensuring data quality, cataloging data assets, and engaging with global front office teams and data vendors. Strong SQL and Python are required, with 1–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong Python skills for exploratory data analysis (e.g., PySpark, pandas).
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse new datasets, profile content and surface insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality across completeness, validity, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Curate data catalog entries and assist with data lifecycle management.
• Engage with front-office teams and external data vendors to resolve inquiries.
• Identify data management improvements and contribute to production issue resolution.
