Job description

Join us as Financial Crime Reporting & Governance Lead to be part of a global strategic Financial Crime programme aimed at enhancing Reporting capabilities.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience in managing Financial Crime delivery.
  • Experience working within an international financial institution.
  • Experience delivering strategic Governance & Oversight target operating models.

Additional valued skills include:

  • Understanding of Enterprise Control Frameworks.
  • Financial Crime risk reporting and oversight experience.

You may be assessed on critical skills such as risk and controls, change management, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, and technical expertise.

This role is based in London or Glasgow.

Purpose of the Role:

Support the portfolio to deliver successful change by aligning processes and practices with controls and governance standards, ensuring activities meet strategic objectives.

Accountabilities include:

  1. Facilitating portfolio prioritisation and ensuring compliance with control frameworks.
  2. Supporting effective governance and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Monitoring portfolio performance and reporting to senior management.
  4. Managing change initiatives considering resources, stakeholder buy-in, and risks.
  5. Overseeing change delivery to ensure policy compliance and control integrity.
  6. Managing risks and issues within the portfolio.
  7. Engaging stakeholders through clear communication and effective portfolio management.
  8. Empowering resources and promoting data-led decision-making.
  9. Providing best practice guidance on controls and governance, including training.
