A leading fintech company in London is looking for an Associate Lead FinCrime Analyst to enhance their financial crime controls. This role focuses on optimizing screening solutions, managing strategic supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations. With a salary range of £71,400 - £90,000, the position offers flexible working options and a £1,000 annual learning budget.

Our Financial Crime team
We’re a team of financial crime experts working together to manage and improve Monzo’s financial crime controls to help Monzo detect, deter, and prevent financial crime for all its customers across all product and delivery channels. The Customer Decisioning Risk team you’ll be working with focuses on our customer journeys at signup and during lifecycle, making sure that we make the right risk-based decisions about our customers through our risk assessments and screening solutions.
The squad that you’ll be part of works with dedicated financial crime engineers, data scientists and machine learning experts. This enables us to spot, assess and build detective and preventive controls quickly.

This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
