Servaada, a Wipro company, is seeking a Financial Crime Expert to support the MLRO in overseeing operations of a client account and managing second line financial crime processes. The role involves delivering departmental and individual targets within set timescales, applying technical knowledge, and employing innovative, solution-based thinking.

This position is based in London, requiring two days in the office weekly, with occasional travel to Telford and Birmingham.

Servaada is a legally separate entity, FCA-authorized, established by Wipro to provide regulated outsourcing services in the Financial Services sector. Our clients include leading pension scheme and investment platform providers. We offer business and technology process outsourcing along with end-to-end front and back-office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assurance testing
  • Prepare management information packs for internal and client committees
  • Assess financial crime risks across various domains
  • Assist with the annual FCRA and MLRO reporting
  • Manage second-line policies and training content
  • Have prior experience in financial crime compliance and second-line roles
  • Possess a solid understanding of money laundering regulations
  • Experience in other financial crime areas such as bribery, corruption, tax evasion, and fraud
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in asset/wealth management or retail financial advice preferred
