The Financial Crime Compliance VP is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of the target state AML operating model across the Group, focusing on accountabilities and responsibilities in the first and second lines of defence. The role involves developing detailed implementation plans and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry, particularly in AML Transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Change, including stakeholder engagement and drafting design papers.
  • Understanding of 1st and 2nd line of defence financial crime capabilities and their interaction.
  • Experience in designing and embedding risk management operating models.
Valued Skills:
  • Cross-line of business knowledge (Retail, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment Banking).
Purpose of the Role:

To provide data-led oversight and challenge on business and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
