Job summary

G MASS is seeking a hands-on business analyst for a 6-month financial crime transformation programme in London. The role focuses on KYC, onboarding and periodic review, translating current processes into future-state requirements for Fenergo CLM configuration.

The analyst will map processes, document requirements, write user stories, and support UAT. On-site presence is needed three days per week; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime analysis, KYC or client onboarding.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories and supporting UAT in Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Knowledge of UK AML regulations and JMLSG guidance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate requirements across KYC, CDD, EDD and onboarding.
• Map current and target state processes, identifying gaps against policy and regulation.
• Support Fenergo configuration: policy rules, data needs, risk models, workflow design.
• Carry out data analysis and data mapping to migrate client records to the new platform.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear, testable, traceable requirements.
• Support test planning and execution including UAT and defect tracking.
• Work with stakeholders to secure alignment and sign-off on requirements.
• Contribute to business readiness: procedures, training materials, change impact assessments.
• Background in BA within financial crime or onboarding change.
• Fenergo implementation experience preferred; other CLM platforms considered.
• Strong process mapping and documentation.
• Experience with data migration analysis.
