Location options include London, Cardiff, or Remote (UK), with a salary range of £40,400 - £50,000 plus benefits. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and conscientious FinCrime Assurance Data Specialist to join our FinCrime Assurance team. The role involves assessing the effectiveness of financial crime controls, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

You should have good SQL skills, knowledge of statistics, and basic coding understanding. Experience with BigQuery and Google Forms is desirable. Collaboration with the Data Science team and knowledge of financial crime or fraud are beneficial.

The team’s responsibilities include creating assurance infrastructure, monitoring QA data, analyzing trends, and supporting continuous improvement. Key tasks involve developing and maintaining QA forms, dashboards, and metrics, automating processes, and providing insights for quality enhancement.

Essential qualifications include SQL proficiency, statistical knowledge, dashboard creation, data problem ownership, and analytical skills. Desirable qualifications encompass a degree or experience in data analysis, financial crime knowledge, G Suite API, BigQuery, Looker, stakeholder management, QA experience, and FCA principles familiarity.
