Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support Financial Crime change initiatives, MI reporting enhancement, and cross-regional projects in EMEA. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and improvements to business processes.

You will utilise SQL and advanced Excel to analyse data, deliver management information, and support decision-making for local management teams and governance bodies. London-based with hybrid working requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and business analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex issues to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support bank-wide projects and Financial Crime Middle Office (FCMO) change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and procedural updates.
• Develop, automate, maintain and enhance Management Information (MI) reporting to improve data quality, efficiency, and insight for local management teams, governance committees, and senior leadership.
• Analyse business processes and requirements, document current and future-state processes, and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Assist in the identification, assessment, and delivery of change initiatives impacting the Financial Crime function, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Produce, analyse and distribute management reports and data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational performance.
• Correspond with customers as part of the Reverse KYC process and maintain accurate records and information relevant to this activity.
• Ensure updates to procedures, controls, guidance documents, and training materials are completed as part of project and change-related activities.
• Contribute to cross-regional coordination by documenting governance forums, supporting stakeholder engagement, and promoting consistency of processes across the EMEA region.
• Support data analysis activities through the use of SQL and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business initiatives.
