The Head of Financial Crime is seeking a professional who can engage with front office teams, provide pragmatic financial crime advisory, and enhance the firm’s policies and procedures.

This role offers the chance to influence the future of Financial Crime Compliance within a focused and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, proven stakeholder engagement skills, and must have:

• At least 7 years of Financial Crime experience within Investment Banking, Broking, or Capital Markets
• More than 3 years in 2LOD front office advisory or policy roles
