SPT Labtech, a rapidly growing, £90m life sciences company backed by EQT private equity—is seeking an exceptional Group Financial Controls Manager to strengthen our corporate finance capabilities and support our ambitious global growth plans. Based at our head office near Cambridge, you'll take ownership of developing and embedding a best-in-class risk management framework and internal controls environment across the group. This is a strategic role that requires sharp insight, strong leadership, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
We’re looking for a Big Four–trained, qualified accountant with a robust understanding of risk, governance, and financial control in complex, international environments.
