VisionFR is working on a great new role with an award-winning Strategic Communications Agency based in London. It is an SME agency of around 60 client-facing team members and a finance team of 4. The agency is undergoing rapid growth and is seeking a strong Financial Controller to join the team. The role will report directly to the CFO, focusing on improving financial processes and systems for scalability and high-quality financial reporting. It will involve close collaboration with client-facing teams on revenue, data analysis, and commercial support, as well as mentoring junior finance staff.
