Job Description

The Financial Controller position is a sole contributor role responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a robust internal controls framework
• Producing management accounts for multiple entities
• Preparing financial statements for management and external stakeholders
• Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential issues
• Overseeing the design and implementation of new systems and processes
• Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support commercial decision-making and advisory services
• Proactively participating in transformation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Having strong technical finance and systems experience
• Experienced in Financial Services
• Proficient in Excel
• Experienced in defining financial controls
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of partnering with stakeholders at all levels and influencing when necessary
• Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
